2. Service Description

We provide local delivery services for packages, documents, and goods within Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Our services include:

• Pickup from sender's location
• Transportation and handling
• Delivery to recipient's location
• Real-time tracking

3. Prohibited Items

We do not deliver:

• Illegal goods or substances
• Hazardous materials
• Perishable items without proper packaging
• Live animals
• Weapons or explosives
• Currency or negotiable instruments over ₹50,000

4. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are calculated based on package type and distance
• Payment can be made via COD or online methods
• Orders must be paid for before delivery (if prepaid)
• Additional charges may apply for special handling

5. Delivery Timeline

• Same-day delivery is our standard service
• Delivery times may vary based on traffic and weather
• We are not liable for delays beyond our control

6. Liability and Insurance

• Basic insurance up to ₹1,000 is included
• Maximum liability is limited to order value or ₹5,000
• Claims must be filed within 24 hours of delivery

7. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled until rider assignment
• Cancellations after pickup may incur charges
