General
We currently deliver across Mumbai Metropolitan Region including Mumbai Central, Andheri, Bandra,
Thane, Powai, and surrounding areas. Contact us if you're unsure about your location.
We operate 7 days a week from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Express delivery options are available
for urgent packages delivered outside regular hours.
Most deliveries are completed same-day within 2-6 hours depending on distance and traffic conditions.
You'll get an estimated delivery time when you book your order.
Pricing & Payment
Our pricing is based on package type and payment mode. Documents start at ₹40, small packages at ₹50,
and we add a ₹50 handling fee plus ₹30 for COD orders. Use our price calculator on the Pricing page.
We accept both Cash on Delivery (COD) and online prepaid payments. For prepaid orders,
we accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets through our secure payment gateway.
No hidden charges! The price shown at checkout is the final price you'll pay. We believe in
complete transparency with our pricing.
Booking & Tracking
Simply click "Create Order" on our website, fill in the pickup and delivery details,
select package type, choose payment mode, and confirm. You'll receive an order number
via SMS and email.
Enter your order number on our Track Order page to see real-time updates. You'll see
the complete journey: Created → Assigned → Picked → Out for Delivery → Delivered.
Orders can be modified or cancelled until a rider is assigned. Once picked up,
modifications may not be possible. Contact our support team immediately for assistance.
Safety & Insurance
Yes, all packages include basic insurance coverage up to ₹1,000. For high-value items,
additional insurance can be arranged by contacting us before booking.
In the rare event of damage or loss, we have a claims process. Report the issue within
24 hours of delivery with photos. Our team will investigate and provide compensation
as per our insurance policy.
Fragile items receive special handling with extra padding and "Handle with Care" labeling.
Our riders are trained to transport fragile packages safely. Select "Fragile" as the
package type when booking.
